We stand behind our product 100%. we take the time to make sure each piece has the same quality as the first piece. We will replace any piece that does not stand up to your approval. We at Advanced Graphic Design take pride in our work to make sure the job is done right the first time and that the customer is 100% satisfied.
As a customer, you are responsible for submitting print-ready files (resolution of 350 dpi, CMYK color mode, correct bleed, etc.). For print-ready files, please read the specifications in our “File Setup” tabs, located on the order pages of all products. AGD1 will only correct errors of improper cutting, print quality, color, print shift, and printing delays to ensure that you are satisfied with your final product.
Please note that due to the nature of our full-color printing (CMYK), we cannot print every color available. We do not color match; however, we offer the print industry’s standard phrase of respectable color and will make every rational effort to print your product as close to the colors you have provided as possible.
If any issue should arise, please contact us immediately through our contact page or by creating a new issue for your order within your account. Please provide as much detail as possible, and one of our representatives will respond within 1-2 business days for assistance.
Imprinted Products (i.e. screen printing, embroidery, ad specialties, business cards…)
Customized goods are generally not accompanied by guarantees, but Advanced Graphic Design is changing that:
We deliver high-quality products – products that look like the art work that you send us or we design for you, and we do so on time. If the custom products you receive differ materially from what you order, if the goods are otherwise flawed, or if your order arrives later than promised, then you may return the custom goods for a full refund, within 5 days of receiving your custom order.
All we ask is that you notify Advanced Graphic Design before returning any goods to ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately.
100 Percent Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee that all our shirts will be 100 percent free from defects and our printing quality is the best in the industry. If not, you may return your order in its original condition (unworn and unwashed) for a hassle free credit or reship. If our shirts are fine in quality but you simply don’t like your order, simply click the custom feed back link and fill out the form and we will do everything we can to make you happy. Note: for custom shirts we can not accept returns and/or cancellations as these shirts are uniquely designed, printed and made for you. If you receive your custom order and it not what you approved of before printing started and it is our fault, then we will gladly refund your money. If you receive your custom order and it is what you approved then we will only replace defect products (i.e. hole in the shirt, poor print quality, broken item such as a coffee cup….).
