We stand behind all of our services & products.
If you receive a defective disc we will be happy to make an exchange or refund. Simply return it to us within 30 days via UPS, DHL, USPS or Federal Express. (See Below)
We value your business and would like every customer to be completely satisfied with each order. We will gladly refund or credit the purchase price less the original shipping, handling charges for any defective products. All we ask is that the merchandise be returned within 30 days from the date on your invoice.
Returns must be sent to us via registered Parcel Post, Federal Express, DHL or United Parcel Service. Items must be returned in new, unopened condition. All non-defective merchandise which is returned to us will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds apply ONLY for merchandise purchased from us. It Does NOT apply to non-defective tape and/or disk duplication orders or for custom disk printing. All returns must be accompanied by our Returns Form and a copy of your invoice.
* Please Note: We will NOT issue a refund or credit for disks because they are not compatible with your (or your clients) DVD players or computer drives. Prior to placing an order, make sure that you (and/or your customers) equipment is 100% compatible with CD-R, DVD-R disks.
We will NOT issue a refund or credit because you ordered more tapes/disks then you could sell.
If you order custom printed disks, we will Not issue a refund for typographical errors and or other printing mistakes unless you have specifically requested a proof prior to your order being processed and shipped. We will however replace any disks that are proven to be defective because of manufacturing errors.
Disks returned to us that are NOT defective will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to you at YOUR expense.
CD’s & DVD’s printed and/or duplicated by Advanced Graphic Design are guaranteed against duplication defects only but NOT against erroneous or wrong data being supplied on your master tape and/or disk. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the material on the master is correct and free of errors. We will NOT issue a refund or credit because you thought the disk contained your material when in fact it didn’t, or you wanted region 1 copies but supplied a region 2 disk for duplication. We check all disks for duplication errors but not for content. Disks are checked by computers for duplication accuracy, but they are never viewed by us or played on a DVD player.
In no event shall Advanced Graphic Design be liable for special, indirect, exemplary or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of use, data, or profits, without regard to the form any action, including but not limited to contract, negligence, or other tortuous actions. You also hereby agree that any and all actions brought for or against Advanced Graphic Design will be held in Pulaski County in the State of Arkansas. Furthermore, you agree that no action can be brought against us that exceeds the original dollar amount of your order and that you agree to pay for any and all costs associated with any collection action brought against you including but not limited to attorney fee’s, court costs, etc.
In an effort to provide our customers with the most current information, Advanced Graphic Design will, from time to time, make changes in the contents and in the products or services described on it’s web site(s).
If you over paid on your order via a check or money order, we will issue a credit to you good towards your next order. Credits are valid for 90 days from the original date on your invoice. Refunds will not be issued until your check clears (usually 3-10 business days). Items (disc’s, etc.) left in our possession that are unclaimed will be discarded after 60 days.
